SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
 
FREE Shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia.

 

- Flat Rate $12.95 for orders under $150


All orders are sent via Australia Post's Express Service and generally takes 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.

All orders placed after 1pm AEDT are processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

If you are located outside of Australia, we offer two services:


International Courier (Australia Post)

- Flat Rate $25

- Delivery between 5-14 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries)

- Fully trackable

- Signature required


Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery.

We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.


DHL Express

- Flat Rate $35

- Delivery between 3-7 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries)

- Fully trackable

- Signature required


Please note: due to the COVID-19 pandemic there may be extended delays with international shipping,

we recommend referring to the carriers website for the most up to date information in relation to your country.

 

Racoe is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or any fees due to shipments.

RACOE is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.


We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.


Racoe is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping.
All jewellery is sent with tracking.
If the tracking information says the parcel has been delivered, Racoe is not responsible for
any lost packages. 
 
Returns
 
You have 30 days from purchase to return your unused item back to Racoe in the event you are not
satisfied with the jewellery. Where items are on final sale, the 30 day return policy does not apply; and no
refunds can be given. Item(s) must be in the original packaging and unused. This includes dust bags and
packaging, as well as the jewellery. All tags must be intact and still attached. Earrings cannot be returned
unless faulty due to hygiene reasons. Return postage must be paid by the customer. Initial delivery fees
cannot be refunded.
