Care
Each piece of jewellery comes in its own cloth pouch and packed in protective Racoe box.
To avoid damage, store your jewellery separate from each other to minimise scratching and tangling. It is best to store your jewellery in its original packaging when not in use to protect your jewellery from becoming scratched or damaged.
We suggest avoid swimming with your jewellery. Chemicals in swimming pools and thermal hot pools will accelerate tarnishing and leave your jewels looking dull.
Materials
All of our gold plated jewellery is 925 sterling silver plated with 5 microns of 24 carat gold. In order to prolong the life of your jewellery, please avoid perfumes and cosmetics, showering and cleaning products. Also avoid wearing gold plated items in bed.
Shipping

All orders are sent via Australia Post's Express Service and generally takes 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.
All orders placed after 1pm AEDT are processed the next business day.

If you are located outside of Australia, we offer two services:
International Courier (Australia Post)

Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery.
